Live your life

Hope you've had a fantastic week, enjoying every moment and living every minute in the best way one possibly can. My weekend  started off with celebrating a friends 40th birthday, art classes, a beautiful 12 mile hike and then  a funeral of someone in the community.
The words of Robert Frost play endlessly in my mind these last few days
The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep
And miles to go before I sleep
And miles to go before I sleep
Here is a prayer from my studio - I pray for the repose of the souls of all who have died during the last week and for the living, that they live their lives joyfully, peacefully and fruitfully.

The above painting is one that I had started during the 30 day challenge in Sept. It had the books and the candlestick holder. I added the Nutcracker and some Christmas Ornaments. I have a goal to finish up a few paintings for the Holiday show at the Aegis Gallery. Almost done with my paintings, just need to wait for them to dry, then varnish and choose a suitable frame for them.
